Paradise Nights is a separately ticketed, family-friendly, after-hours dining experience filled with island-inspired cuisine, tropical cocktails, and live entertainment set against the natural beauty of Discovery Cove. This experience is extremely intimate, and available by reservation only. Due to the limited capacity - it is highly recommended guests purchase reservations in advance.
Paradise Nights takes place at Discovery Cove. Guests will enjoy cocktails at Serenity Bay beach and enjoy an evening dinner and show at Laguna Grill.
Smart resort casual. During your experience you will walk across a sandy beach, so we recommend flat shoes for the ladies. No bathing suits.
Check in begins at 5:30 p.m., with happy hour lasting until approximately 6:30 p.m. Dinner and show will end at approximately 9:00 p.m.
Paradise Nights is a separately ticketed evening event. Daytime admission to Discovery Cove is not included, and those with daytime admission, must purchase a separate ticket to attend Paradise Nights. Due to limited capacity, it is highly recommended that guests purchase Paradise Nights tickets ahead of their visit date.
Paradise Nights is a limited-capacity event. Check with either the main reception check-in team OR the Guest Services deck located near the main gift shop, for availability.
If you’ve booked a daytime admission package to Discovery Cove as well as an evening Paradise Nights reservation on the same day, you are not required to leave between daytime and evening operations. Guests who are visiting the park for the day may use the on-site shower and changing facilities to change into resort wear appropriate for the dinner experience. After changing, guests can check in at the Guest Services desk, located near the main gift shop, beginning at 5:30 p.m. There they will receive their lanyard for dinner and table assignment.
Yes, parking is complimentary.
Your party will be assigned seating. Our tables vary in size; parties may be combined.
While there are a few animal encounters during the happy hour, guests will be in non-animal locations for the majority of the event. Waterways will be closed during Paradise Nights, guests will not be able to swim.
No, our animals need their rest, in the evening they will be enjoying down-time. However, we are happy to invite our Paradise Nights guests back for a future date to book our daytime experience. Please see one of our attendants in the Reception Center upon exit for details.
Due to limited capacity and demand of this brand-new summer experience, we do not offer discounts at this time.
A daytime Premium Drink Package cannot be used during Paradise Nights. Guests will need to purchase a separate Paradise Nights Premium Drink Package for the evening.
Guests 21+ years of age will receive a complimentary welcome cocktail. Additionally, select beer and wine is included in the Paradise Nights menu. Guests who would like premium spirits, or other alcoholic beverages may purchase them separately or purchase a Paradise Nights Premium Drink Package and enjoy unlimited drinks throughout the evening.
Yes, our gift shop will be open for your enjoyment.
Paradise Nights is a rain-or-shine event! In the rare case of severe weather causing event cancellation, your ticket will be transferred to another date (if there is availability) or refunded.
Yes, guests will walk on pavement throughout the evening. The happy hour takes place at Serenity Bay beach, with the option of venturing onto the sand.
Rollator walkers with the seat in place are not permitted inside of the park. Rollator walkers with the seats removed will be permitted.
Yes, children 0-2 are free, but require an “under 3” reservation.
Yes, highchairs are available.
