Experience a private 60-minute tour with our Ambassadors to see behind-the-scenes and receive additional opportunities to meet some of our birds and small mammals.

Discovery Cove Orlando is home to one of Florida’s most immersive animal tours. Led by our animal experts, this 60-minute tour takes you throughout our park to meet our amazing animals.

Your trek begins in a lush private oasis where you’ll come face to beak with a variety of bird species including macaws, parrots, and many more. Get your photo taken feeding these beautiful birds as they pluck birdfeed right from your hands.

From there you’ll finish off this magical experience with a chance to meet a Discovery Cove Animal Ambassador such as an anteater, armadillo, kinkajou, or sloth. Discovery Cove Animal Trek tickets start at just $79 per person ages 6+.

    Animal Trek at Discovery Cove

    Experience a private 60-minute tour with our Ambassadors to see behind-the-scenes and receive additional opportunities to meet some of our birds and small mammals.

    • Check Get up-close with a variety of bird species including macaws, parrots, and many more
    • Check Meet, feed, and touch some of our small mammals

    Park admission is not included & is required. Full experience is 60 minutes. All participants must be at least 6 years old. Children ages 6-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult who is also participating in the Animal Trek experience.

    Please do not book both Animal Trek and Shark Swim to your Discovery Cove package, these two experiences are scheduled to begin at the same time during the day.

    When booking 3 or more upgrades, please plan to check in no later 7:30am for proper scheduling of your day. If you're booking less than 3 upgrades, please plan to check in any time before 10:00am.
